Lamport, Northampton - Driving essential due to locationFull-time, Permanent 08.30 – 17.00 Monday – Friday £25,000

SF Recruitment are proud to be working with a successful and growing business based in Lamport, Northampton, as they look to recruit a confident and proactive Administrator to join their busy operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team. If you’ve got a solid background in administration and pride yourself on attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

As an Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the office
  • Supporting Field Agents and managing client queries
  • Loading client instructions onto the internal system, ensuring all required documentation is attached
  • Quality checking, amending, and submitting reports to clients within SLA
  • Maintaining data compliance in line with GDPR
  • Supporting the wider management team with general administrative duties
  • Handling and escalating complaints in line with company policy

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in an administration or clerical support role
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data input
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
