What will I be doing?

Primarily you will carry out all the administration associated with completing "professionalreviews" for our members to maintain their qualifications and membership.

This will involve liaising with different people by phone and email and some diary management. Experience of working with senior colleagues would be helpful.

You’ll need to be incredibly organised, collating vital documentation to support the assessment and issuing post review documentation.

You’ll be comfortable using email systems and ideally will have some experience with a CRM.

This also needs a confident personality, someone who can manage multiple individuals in a complex and time sensitive process.

This role is office based, we are a "grownup" organisation who can show flexibility to our team, but as a professional membership body we require teams members to be present and accessible to our members.
