Student Support Administrator?? Location: Northampton?? Full-time, Term-time Only?? Salary: £20,330.48 per annum (pro rata to £23,493.00 FTE)Are you an organised, empathetic, and proactive individual looking to make a difference in the lives of young people?We are seeking a Student Support Administrator to provide a professional and efficient support service to the Student Support team, ensuring students receive the help they need to thrive both academically and personally.?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support and signposting to appropriate internal or external services
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Student Support team, including document tracking, data management, and form preparation
  • Liaise with feeder schools to obtain safeguarding documentation and assist with transferring information to internal systems
  • Monitor enrolment compliance and system access for new starters in line with KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) requirements
  • Assist with administration of the safeguarding system, including collation of key data
  • Offer first-instance support to students presenting low-level wellbeing concerns and refer as appropriate
? What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development (CPD)
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or student-facing role
  • Experience supporting learners with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students aged 16+
  • Strong IT, organisation, and record-keeping skills
  • Calm, empathetic, and professional approach when dealing with student concerns
