Role Overview:

  • Manage projects across all RIBA stages, from initial concept through to completion
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Develop detailed design and technical documentation
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets
  • Support and guide junior colleagues

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience
  • ARB accreditation essential
  • Solid understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Strong Revit skills (essential)
  • Excellent eye for design, technical acumen, and creative problem-solving
  • Strong communicator with leadership capabilities
  • Northampton-based or within a reasonable commuting distance
