An established and respected architectural practice in Northampton is looking to welcome a skilled Senior Architect to their growing team. The practice has a broad range of projects across residential, commercial and public sectors, and the firm is recognised for delivering tailored design solutions and maintaining high standards across all project stages.

Role Overview:
- Manage projects across all RIBA stages, from initial concept through to completion
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Develop detailed design and technical documentation
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Support and guide junior colleagues
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience
- ARB accreditation essential
- Solid understanding of current UK building regulations
- Strong Revit skills (essential)
- Excellent eye for design, technical acumen, and creative problem-solving
- Strong communicator with leadership capabilities
- Northampton-based or within a reasonable commuting distance
