Working for one of the countries number 1 housebuilders south midlands business. The Sales Progressor will be responsible for getting delas through to exchange whilst delivering a 5 star customer journey!
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and progress all reservations through to legal completion

Liaise with buyers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth and timely process

Regularly update sales consultants and senior management on progress and any risks

Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the legal process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales progress

Support customers by providing regular updates and excellent service throughout the transaction

Work closely with the Customer Care and Sales teams to ensure handovers are coordinated

Help ensure targets and KPIs for exchange and completion timescales are met
