Huntswood is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee a team of Customer Service Advisors supporting a leading credit card provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 2 days onsite: Thursday & Friday)Start Date: Monday 15th SeptemberDay Rate: £240 a day - via Husp Umbrella (we'll support you with setup)Contract Length: 6 months

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and coaching a team of outbound Customer Service Advisors
  • Monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and support
  • Ensuring customer interactions meet quality and compliance standards
  • Managing team schedules and workflow to meet campaign targets
  • Acting as a point of escalation for complex queries
  • Reporting on team performance and contributing to continuous improvement
