The Role of the Business Development Manager

What You’ll Be Doing as the Business Development Manager:

  • Proactively manage accounts to exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer-first relationships
  • Lead with confidence when engaging with stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of the game with a deep understanding of the packaging market
  • Juggle deadlines, priorities, and projects, and deliver with excellence
  • Communicate effectively across teams and with customers, showing leadership and professionalism
