Home Based Business Development Manager, Packaging. £55,000 Basic Salary, £70,000 OTE + Car Allowance, Mileage, and Benefits. Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions and seeks a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion efforts in the UK and European markets. This is a sophisticated and highly autonomous sales role, ideal for a professional with extensive experience securing packaging contracts at the senior level.

The Role of Business Development Manager (Home Based)

While home-based, the position requires occasional field visits across the UK (typically once per week), so prior face-to-face sales experience is essential. You will be provided with full access to their existing portfolio of major accounts, including large retailers, food manufacturers, major fast-food brands, and other corporate clients. You will leverage these contacts to gain referrals and drive new business within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be a consummate sales professional who is commercially astute, open-minded, and tenacious.
