- You will initially work alongside the current sales team to understand the collaborative sales approach and relationships with key accounts ensuring a smooth transition and deep understanding of our core values.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or related roles within the advanced engineering and technology sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
