Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an office-based role focused on handling inbound sales activity, generating quotes, and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. In addition to managing day-to-day sales operations, you will play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. While this role does not involve cold calling or chasing new business, it requires someone who is confident, personable, and commercially aware.
Duties of an Internal Sale Executive:
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and send accurate quotations
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work collaboratively with internal departments
Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in wholesale
- Ideally, at least 2 years in a sales or customer service role
