Are you comfortable in an SME environment, reporting to the MD, managing an in-house marketing team and managing the marketing budget to drive international digital marketing for a product based business? We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive growth, inspire a talented team, and take marketing performance to new heights.

Operating in the fast-paced world of professional equipment and solutions, this business supplies game-changing products to businesses across the globe - and they're looking for someone as ambitious as they are. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimise the company's digital presence (website, PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media) with an in-house team.
  • Help grow international markets through targeting and advertising to international markets particularly across Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
  • Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, videos, and product marketing materials (with the in-house team).
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns for products.
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role in a B2B, product-led business.
  • Comfortable in an SME environment.
  • Experience managing an in-house team of marketeers between 4-10 people.
  • Experience with eCommerce websites (WooCommerce) + 3rd party marketplaces like eBay + Amazon.
  • Experience with digital marketing to international marketing.
  • Experience marketing to multiple audiences internationally.
  • Comfortable working both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
