Our client, a global leader in the beauty sector, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead UK marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative marketer with strong commercial awareness and experience in delivering engaging, insight-led campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the UK marketing strategy in line with global direction
- Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis
- Develop compelling client presentations and campaign concepts
- Collaborate with commercial and creative teams to support client briefs and growth plans
- Create high-impact tools, content, and materials for use across digital and print
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of marketing experience within the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer behaviour
- Skilled in campaign planning, storytelling, and visual content creation
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident working cross-functionally
