Job Description:
Recruiting for a Managing Director to develop our clients UK business and lead the transition from a sales region to a full operating subsidiary. You will be tasked with realisation of the strategic targets concerning market share and financial aspects as well as operational leadership of the team and daily operations.
As Managing Director you will be the customer liaison and support key accounts, developing and opening business profiling the company as a high-performance business partner for clients within the professional distribution of power tools and accessories. You will project development of sales and marketing measures to achieve a sustainable high market penetration with the brand, development of new and interesting distribution channels. You will have responsibility for the development and implementation of the annual budget; increase of turnover and profit .

Key Skills/Experience Required:
For the Managing Director position the ideal candidate will have a background in power tools/hand tools/OPE and be passionate about the products. You will be well versed in working with clients within the professional distribution of power tools and accessories and be able to develop the brand in the trade power tools sector, opening doors with desired accounts.
This role could suit someone who is in a senior sales position looking for that next career move looking for a chance to build and develop a whole team from field sales to customer service to warehouse. You will have relevant contacts that would assist in developing my client’s brand in the UK and be well versed with people management, budgeting and strategy planning.
Salary/Benefits Information:
