As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll cover Northamptonshire and nearby counties, representing a respected supplier of new and used plant machinery. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle – identifying opportunities, promoting a strong equipment range, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales. You’ll also have the opportunity to buy and sell used machinery as part of your day-to-day activity.

You’ll be based in the field with regular travel to customers, supported by a strong team and solid depot infrastructure. This is a chance to build your territory with an in-demand product portfolio and clear financial incentives.
