Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of up to four, providing hands-on mentorship and strategic guidance to help them thrive. If you have over three years of experience in a similar role, a background in wholesale, a proven track record in proactive sales, and a genuine passion for team leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties of a Sales Manager:
- Development, management, and growth of existing accounts
- Lead & drive sales opportunities working with the Sales Team
- Grow and sustain day-to-day business with great service, relationships & trust
- Meet & exceed both turnover and profit targets
- Lead regular business planning & review meetings with Senior Management
- Be focused to find and drive new business
- Ensure customers are kept up to date with new and innovative products
