Are you organised, motivated, and ready to grow your career in financial services? Clover Talent is proud to be partnered with a fast-growing Business Finance Brokerage based in Northamptonshire. Our partner is looking to recruit Sales Support staff to assist an exciting new division.

With access to 185+ specialist lenders, our business is partner is launching a dedicated Commercial Property Finance division, covering Bridging, BTL, Development, and Commercial Mortgages.

This role is vital to the success of the new Commercial Property division. You’ll drive the sales team’s effectiveness by supporting brokers, coordinating with clients and lenders, and ensuring each transaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.

The role of Sales Support:

  • Providing case management and deal progression support to property finance brokers
  • Coordinating with lenders, solicitors, and valuers to ensure timely deal completion
  • Collecting necessary documentation from clients and verifying for accuracy and compliance
  • Keeping client and deal information current in CRM system
  • Drafting funding proposals and submitting applications to lenders
  • Monitoring deal pipelines and keeping brokers informed of next steps
  • Delivering regular client updates to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Supporting internal reporting, administrative duties, and team communications

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in financial services, property, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and clear communicator, both in writing and verbally
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and quick learning ability
  • Skilled at juggling multiple cases while meeting tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with property finance products is a plus
