Sous Chef - Busy Conference & Training Centre - Northamptonshire - 37.5 hour week - Straight Shifts

Our client is a busy conference & training centre in the Northamptonshire Countryside who are recruiting a Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce ro prepare residential meals and for meetings and events. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Head Chef's absence. The role offers 5 straights shifts with a 37.5 hour week. The shifts are either or five days from seven. Due to location you will need your own transport.

The Role
