Sanctuary Personnel is seeking experienced Liquid Logic Trainers to support the rollout of its new Liquid Logic social care system. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation programme and deliver impactful training to over 1,200 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions both on-site and virtually to staff across the county.

  • Create and maintain training materials and user guides tailored to the needs of end users.

  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to users during and after training.

  • Travel between various council sites (mileage expenses will be covered).

  • Maintain clear communication with project teams and training participants.

Work Pattern:
  • 4 days per week on site

  • 1 day per week working from home

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering training on Liquidlogic social care software (Adults’ or Children’s services) or equivalent Liquidlogic systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train users of varying digital skill levels.

  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

  • Immediate availability preferred.

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
