Salary: £25,992 – £27,711 FTE (Actual salary £22,352 – £24,366

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will serve as a keyworker—collaborating with the Early Years Teacher to support child-led and structured learning. You’ll contribute to planning, deliver creative, playful activities indoors and outdoors, and maintain a secure, welcoming learning environment. Collaboration and flexibility are essential; staff operate in a supportive team that includes peer planning time, training, and a ‘well-being day’—an extra day off when life doesn’t fit into term time
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification, such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma, BTEC National Diploma, NVQ Level 3, or NNEB Certificate

Demonstrated 'good to outstanding' early years practices. You’ll be organised, self-motivated, and adept at fostering positive relationships with children, staff, and families
