The RoleWe are looking for a kind, enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant. Working closely with their experienced KS1 teachers, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and wellbeing both in the classroom and during small group or one-to-one activities.
Key Responsibilities

Support the teaching and learning of pupils in KS1

Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning

Assist in preparing classroom resources and maintaining a positive learning environment

Support behaviour management and pastoral care

Contribute to the life of the school, including events and enrichment activities
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

A calm, caring and patient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine interest in child development

A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or above) is beneficial but not essential
