The staff at the school are dedicated to delivering a personalised, nurturing, and inclusive educational experience where every student can achieve their full potential.The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and the wider multi-disciplinary team to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You'll play a key role in helping to deliver tailored learning, develop students' confidence, and encourage positive engagement with education.Key Responsibilities:* Supporting students in their learning and development across a range of subjects* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being* Providing 1:1 and small group interventions* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, accessible lessons* Contributing to a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environmentAbout You* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN or SEMH setting* A calm, compassionate, and patient approach* Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff* A genuine passion for education and supporting vulnerable learners* Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or willingness to work towards)Who are Aspire People?
