What will you be doing?
As our Learning and Development Officer, you will work closely with the L&D Manager to ensure all training across the business is delivered to a high standard and meets legislative and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating day-to-day training activities
- Delivering engaging training sessions to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting site training audits and compliance checks
- Managing pre- and post-training administration
- Liaising with external training providers
What do you bring to the table?
You are someone who:
- Holds (or is working towards) a Level 3 AET qualification
- Has experience in training delivery and facilitation
- Is confident presenting to large groups in a professional manner
- Has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
