What will you be doing?

As our Learning and Development Officer, you will work closely with the L&D Manager to ensure all training across the business is delivered to a high standard and meets legislative and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating day-to-day training activities
  • Delivering engaging training sessions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting site training audits and compliance checks
  • Managing pre- and post-training administration
  • Liaising with external training providers

What do you bring to the table?

You are someone who:

  • Holds (or is working towards) a Level 3 AET qualification
  • Has experience in training delivery and facilitation
  • Is confident presenting to large groups in a professional manner
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
