Barker Ross is seeking Assembly Operatives for our client based in Spinney Hill, Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term, temp-to-perm assignment, starting asap.

Job Details:

We are AM & PM shifts avaliable.

AM Shift -
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
Friday: 06:00-13:00pm

Shift: PM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

Job Description:
Our client will invest in full training for this role. Once trained, you will primarily work independently at your own workstation. You will have time to develop your skills and work at a steady pace. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and producing consistently accurate work to a high standard.

Independence: Ability to work on your own after training.
Commitment: Dedicated and keen to work.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in assembly is preferred but not essential.
