Our social housing client is seeking a motivated professional to join our Repairs and Maintenance team, providing high-quality electrical services across our tenanted and void properties in Wellingborough
What you’ll do
- Deliver all aspects of electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in both occupied and vacant homes.
- Complete electrical upgrades, rewires, fuse board installations, and provide certification (EICRs and minor works).
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring properties are left safe and compliant.
- Maintain accurate work records using a handheld PDA system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and care.
- Operate a company van, ensuring vehicle and tool upkeep to the highest standards.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations

- Experience working in domestic environments, ideally in social housing or similar.
- A strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
