Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an Onsite Contract Consultant to join our team based at our customer’s premises on Dirft Logistics Park, Northampton.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a strong attention to detail and would suit an individual who enjoys the camaraderie of interacting with people on a large scale.
Daily roles include but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Booking candidate registration interviews and processing documents
- Interviewing candidates
- Compliance checks - including driver infringements and working time management
- Resourcing weekly plans
- Assisting transport office to fill short notice staffing gaps
- Building strong relationships
- Assisting the Planning Manager in filling weekly plans
- Visiting surrounding sites to discuss and support with operational compliance
The successful candidate will have experience in large scale recruitment and be able to demonstrate having developed strong working relationships across the workforce and also with their Customers. We would also like to see, although not essential, experience within driving recruitment and a working understanding of drivers working hours and regulations.

Salary range will sit between £28,000 - £32,000
