Following a successful year of growth within their Conference and Events Department, NCCC is seeking an experienced Events Supervisor to join their vibrant and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented events professional to play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences across a wide range of events, including high-profile matchdays and private functions.
Please note: this role requires regular evening and weekend work, especially during the cricket season and other scheduled events. Flexibility is essential.
The Role:
As Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of all events at the club. You will supervise a team of bar and event staff, ensuring every event runs to the highest possible standard, working closely with internal stakeholders and the club’s catering partner.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including event setup, execution, and breakdown.

Ensure event delivery meets client specifications and high presentation standards.

Act as the point of contact on event days, liaising directly with clients and suppliers.

Manage stock for bars and cellars, including ordering and inventory control.

Maintain appropriate stock levels for sundries such as linens and dry goods.

Deliver staff training and ensure all team members are prepared and informed.

Uphold high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all event areas.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience at every event.

Report maintenance issues promptly and support the broader operations team.
