Following a successful year of growth within their Conference and Events Department, NCCC is seeking an experienced Events Supervisor to join their vibrant and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented events professional to play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences across a wide range of events, including high-profile matchdays and private functions.

Please note: this role requires regular evening and weekend work, especially during the cricket season and other scheduled events. Flexibility is essential.

The Role:

As Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of all events at the club. You will supervise a team of bar and event staff, ensuring every event runs to the highest possible standard, working closely with internal stakeholders and the club’s catering partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including event setup, execution, and breakdown.

  • Ensure event delivery meets client specifications and high presentation standards.

  • Act as the point of contact on event days, liaising directly with clients and suppliers.

  • Manage stock for bars and cellars, including ordering and inventory control.

  • Maintain appropriate stock levels for sundries such as linens and dry goods.

  • Deliver staff training and ensure all team members are prepared and informed.

  • Uphold high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all event areas.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience at every event.

  • Report maintenance issues promptly and support the broader operations team.
