Available Shifts:
Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (Shift starts Sunday night)
Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (Shift starts Tuesday night)
Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Minder to join our night shift production team. Youll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production. A strong focus on safety, quality control, and teamwork is key to success in this role.
?? Key ResponsibilitiesSet up machines in line with production specifications
Monitor and adjust production and packaging processes
Ensure lines run with a single type of packaging at a time
Prepare materials and components to minimise downtime
Carry out regular checks (e.g., camera, date coding, product verification)
Accurately log downtime and report issues to the Line Coordinator
Work closely with other departments to quickly resolve issues
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
A proactive and safety-conscious mindset
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment is a plus full training provided
