Senior Carer
Salary: £14.80 per hour plus incentives
Hours: Full Time 7am-7pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends and an on-call weekend rota
Location: Rushden, NN10 0SN

Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Senior Carer Position:
- Lead the team to support residents physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Leading the shift and providing input on shift handover
- Daily charts and ensuring medication audits are completed
- One to Ones for all support staff every two months completed
Essential Requirements for the Senior Carer role:
- 2 years experience in a residential or nursing home setting
- Awareness of person centered planning
- Understanding of safeguarding adults
Preferred Requirements for the Senior Carer role:
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in leadership/leading a team
- Understanding of dementia care
