#BelongWithUs Come and join us as a people focused and driven Head of People Experience and be part of a hugely successful and friendly People team.The Role: Come and join us as a driven Head of People Experience, to support our team during a maternity cover for a duration of 12 months. As Head of People Experience your role will be to lead the core HR/people operational services including People Services, Payroll, HR systems and MI, Resourcing, Reward, and People Manager Advice (ER). Driving high performance and service levels through a measurable high quality colleague experience and a continuous improvement approach.Key Responsibilities Colleague Experience & People Services - Deliver all first line contact processes for colleagues and managers, acting as a front door and triage service for the People function. Lead continuous improvement of the colleague experience at every operational and query touchpoint. Deliver high levels of colleague satisfaction, first point of contact resolution, process improvement and advice. Transform and re-engineer expensive or ineffective processes. Payroll Management - Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in payroll administration.  Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.HR Systems Management - Oversee the continuous improvement and maintenance of robust HR systems to streamline processes, increase manager accountability and enhance data accuracy. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and leverage technology to improve overall business efficiency and visibility/ownership of key metrics.People Data Analytics - Lead the provision and continuous improvement of data analytics to provide meaningful insights into workforce trends to enable data-driven decision-making processes that enhance organisational effectiveness and colleague satisfaction. Enable a positive management culture that aligns with the company values and promotes effective leadership.Resourcing, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding - Define and lead talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and seamlessly onboard top talent that aligns with the organisation's current needs and future growth plans. Oversee the delivery of processes and tools which ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, optimising the candidate experience and providing high levels of hiring manager satisfaction.Reward - oversee the administration of contractual benefits and provider contract negotiations including PMI, EAP, life assurance, pension.
