Are you passionate about people and making a positive impact in the workplace? Do you have experience of working within a HR team? We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team initially on a 4 months Fixed term Contract.

An approachable member of the team, an individual who can share their knowledge and insight of HR best practice to our operations team members.

You will be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail. Using your previous skills and experience from within a HR function, you will be supporting our UK HR Team working across numerous projects. As a generalist HR Administrator, you will support our team in data and admin that will cover but wont be limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, Filing and Data, HR systems and New Site opening projects.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Ideally you will be CIPD Level 3 or above qualification
  • Previous experience working in a HR function.
  • Ideally this experience will have been gained from a logistics or warehouse environment although this is not essential
  • Strong understanding of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of working with and providing reports from a HRIS would be advantageous
  • Self-motivated individual keen for personal development
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Customer focused, keen to deliver a great level of service to their internal stakeholders
