We are seeking a dynamic Digital Business Analyst with a strong background in data, security, and cloud transformation to join a leading organisation in Northampton. Key Responsibilities:-
Act as a bridge between business, data, and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions align with enterprise cybersecurity standards and best practices.

Define and document requirements for the configuration and management of SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), enhancing security across cloud and on-prem applications.

Partner with Data Engineers to shape data integration and orchestration needs, ensuring efficient and scalable pipeline designs.

Conduct deep-dive data analysis, data profiling, and lineage mapping to support digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance, metadata management, MDM (Master Data Management), and reporting frameworks.

Support cloud initiatives by leveraging knowledge in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or cloud transformation programs.

Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, including hands-on experience defining SSO and MFA requirements.

Expertise across the full data lifecycle: ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes/lakehouse, Big Data, and AI/ML integration.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.

Proficiency with data governance and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and data platform services.

Experience in regulated sectors such as Financial Services,

Certifications in Azure or Data Governance frameworks (e.g., DCAM, DAMA).
