We are seeking an Engineering Team Leader for a fast-paced manufacturing business located in Northampton.
The role offers a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum and requires experience in a supervisory or team leader position.
The successful candidate will lead the maintenance team and manage day-to-day operational support in the production area.
Hands-on involvement and a strategic approach are essential, along with experience in the food/beverage or FMCG sectors.
This position operates on a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.

The Engineering Team Leader will be:

- leading the maintenance team

- managing day to day maintenance and operational support of the production area

- Hands on as and when necessary

- Involved with continuous improvement

Candidate

- Experience within a supervisor or Team Leader position

- a strategic approach

- experience of working within a food/beverage or FMCG background.
