As a Mobile School Chef de Partie, you'll support a variety of primary and secondary school kitchens, helping to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to pupils. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their workday.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and cooking fresh, healthy meals following set menus
Supporting head chefs and kitchen teams across different school sites
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
Promoting a positive dining experience for pupils and staff
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Full UK driving licence (youll need to travel between school sites)
A passion for food, reliability, and a can-do attitude
Knowledge of school meal guidelines and allergen management is a plus
