About the Role:
As a long-term supply Primary Teacher with Aspire People, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across Northampton. This is a fantastic role for a teacher who enjoys the flexibility and challenge of supply work but is looking for the stability and responsibility of a long-term position. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' academic and personal growth, and helping them thrive in a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Provide engaging and creative learning experiences for all students.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN or additional learning needs.
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with other teaching staff and school leaders to ensure the success of each child's learning journey.
Maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe and motivated.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners to achieve their best.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and a proactive attitude, able to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
