We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our growing team in the South Midlands (Northampton). The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Commercial & Technical teams, whilst covering Reception as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person / function
- Arranging meeting and meeting rooms for both internal and external visitors, welcoming visitors and arranging tea/coffee/lunches
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the Commercial and Technical teams
- Maintaining information on our databases, systems and registers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced of working in a fast-paced, busy administrative environment
- Able to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels
- Ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft (2010), Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
