TSASurveying is seeking Damp and Mould Surveyors for a role based in Northampton.
This position involves conducting surveys on over 400 properties using asset management software on a tablet device.
The role is outside IR35 and offers payment per survey for houses and flats.
Candidates should have a standard DBS and possess their own equipment, including a laser measure, Proptimeter, and anemometer.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats.
Over 400 properties to be surveyed
Propertieslocated in/around Northamptonshire
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
Standard DBS (IN DATE) Required
Own Equipemnt ( Laser Measure, Proptimeter and Anemometer)
Damp and Mould Qualifications would be highly regarded.
