- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular service reviews and site visits to understand client needs and drive improvements.
- Oversee all compliance, contracts, and operational processes for your desk.
- Source, screen, and register high-quality temporary candidates for a variety of roles.
- Keep your candidate pool active and engaged through regular contact and availability tracking.
- Coordinate assignments, manage candidate performance, and provide support throughout placements.
- Handle all daily worker administration, including payroll, attendance, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the wider recruitment team to share insights, opportunities, and best practices.
- Contribute to workforce forecasting, pre-peak planning, and candidate attraction strategies.
- Maintain accurate desk reporting, activity updates, and pipeline forecasts.
- You have experience in recruitment, ideally within temporary staffing, with a proven track record of both delivery and sales.
- You are highly commercial and target-driven, with the motivation to grow your own desk and hit ambitious goals.
- You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships.
- You are organised, proactive, and resilient, able to manage a busy desk with confidence and precision.
- You understand compliance and operational requirements, ensuring high standards across every assignment.
- Previous experience working in a recruitment role is highly desirable.
- Due to external meetings, a driving licence is required.
