ACS Staffing Solutions are seeking a motivated, commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Professional Services – Temporary Staffing division. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a warm desk with active accounts and an established candidate pool, while playing a leading role in driving growth, winning new business, and expanding market presence.Passion – What you will achieve: You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while also focusing heavily on sales, client engagement, and strategic desk development. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building relationships with clients, supporting temporary workers, and proactively identifying new commercial opportunities.Partnership - How you will achieve it:
  • Conduct targeted outreach and business development to win new clients and reactivate lapsed accounts.
  • Build compelling staffing proposals and negotiate terms to secure new business.
  • Maximise client value through upselling and cross-selling tailored staffing solutions.
  • Proactively identify key decision-makers and opportunities to expand within existing accounts.
  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular service reviews and site visits to understand client needs and drive improvements.
  • Oversee all compliance, contracts, and operational processes for your desk.
  • Source, screen, and register high-quality temporary candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Keep your candidate pool active and engaged through regular contact and availability tracking.
  • Coordinate assignments, manage candidate performance, and provide support throughout placements.
  • Handle all daily worker administration, including payroll, attendance, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with the wider recruitment team to share insights, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Contribute to workforce forecasting, pre-peak planning, and candidate attraction strategies.
  • Maintain accurate desk reporting, activity updates, and pipeline forecasts.

  • You are highly commercial and target-driven, with the motivation to grow your own desk and hit ambitious goals.
  • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships.
  • You are organised, proactive, and resilient, able to manage a busy desk with confidence and precision.
  • You understand compliance and operational requirements, ensuring high standards across every assignment.
  • Previous experience working in a recruitment role is highly desirable.
  • Due to external meetings, a driving licence is required. 
Working hours are 40 hours per week. 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday.During Peak periods, there may be a requirement to work additional hours, weekends, alternative hours or Bank Holiday(s); this will be discussed and arranged, as necessary, with your Line Manager.This role is based at our Head office in Northampton. Please apply within, or give us a call on
