Our client is a heavyweight in the built environment sector, growing fast and looking for someone who can nurture existing accounts while spotting new opportunities. You'll be the face of the brand, backed by an experienced team who know their craft inside out.

What you'll be doing:

  • Grow and manage an existing quote bank and client portfolio, maintaining & forging strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Take ownership of your own client base, identifying opportunities to expand within your region.
  • Work closely with project and design teams to create accurate briefs and secure quotes.
  • Support marketing strategy through social media activity, canvassing, and email campaigns.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience selling into construction or built environment, ideally with a technical or design-led product/service.
  • Strong business development & account management background
  • Confident communicator and negotiator
  • Consultative, considered approach to sales with the ability to grow a client base.
  • Self-motivated, driven and target focused, ready to face new challenges.
  • Commercially aware and quick to learn a new sector.
  • Full UK driving licence within access to own vehicle - head office is located between Northampton and Milton Keynes.
