A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious individual to join the leadership team at a well-established Alternative Education School in Northampton. We are seeking a dedicated DeputyHead of Schoolto create a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment where students can thrive.

What Were Looking For:

  • Leadership & Management Experience leading teams and managing school operations.
  • Student-Centered Approach Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Qualifications QTS, PGCE, and leadership experience required (NPQH desirable).
  • Specialist Knowledge Understanding of alternative provision and supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Experience Background in education or equivalent sector.
  • Strong Communication Ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders.
