What Were Looking For:
- Leadership & Management Experience leading teams and managing school operations.
- Student-Centered Approach Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment.
- Qualifications QTS, PGCE, and leadership experience required (NPQH desirable).
- Specialist Knowledge Understanding of alternative provision and supporting students with special educational needs.
- Experience Background in education or equivalent sector.
- Strong Communication Ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders.
