Teaching Assistant - SEMH

This unique role involves working both in the classroom and outdoors with students who have anxiety and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students in an alternative provision unit, helping them to engage with their education in a non-traditional setting. The role involves a number of outdoor activities, providing a therapeutic and stimulating environment for the students. You will work closely with students who have anxiety and SEMH needs, offering both academic and emotional support to help them thrive.Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable individual with experience in supporting students with SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in SEN education and a passion for outdoor learning.
