Are you an experienced FP&A leader with a track record in high-growth banking environments? We're working with a dynamic financial institution that's entering an exciting new phase of expansion - and they're looking for a commercially astute Director of FP&A to lead from the front.

This is a high-profile role, ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, investor-focused environment. You'll be the go-to person for strategic financial insights, bringing credibility and confidence to investor interactions, while managing and developing a small but highly skilled FP&A team.

• Acting as a key point of contact for investors, ensuring timely and accurate financial data delivery

• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling process - rolling your sleeves up where needed

• Working closely with the C-suite to shape the financial strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans

• Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of two experienced FP&A professionals

• Building robust Excel models to support strategic decisions and business cases

• Extensive FP&A leadership experience within a banking environment (essential)

• Strong background in high-growth or challenger banks, with direct exposure to investors

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

• A credible and gregarious communicator who's comfortable presenting complex financial data at senior levels

• Strategic mindset with the willingness to be hands-on in a scaling organisation
