Clinical Deputy Manager - Luxury Nursing Home

Location: Northwich, CW8

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing as a Clinical Deputy Manager

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the care team to deliver person-centred care
  • Overseeing care planning and clinical assessments
  • Supporting staff development and fostering a positive team culture
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC and best practice standards
