BRIDGING FINANCE LAWYER, 5 + PQE, ££30,000 - £50,000 DOE, CHESHIRE/ HYBRID. Join a specialist firm experiencing rapid growth and pride themselves on a dynamic team culture. JOB REF: 0667•The appointed lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short-term lending transactions, efficiently handling high volumes while ensuring compliance and attention to detail. •Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, and ancillary documents, while providing strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.•Applicants will have at least 5 years’ PQE and have awareness of bridging finance and some exposure to it, even if limited. Commercial property experience is also beneficial.•Remote working will be considered for candidates with significant bridging experience.•You will be part of a fast growing team handling work for both lenders and buyers. The role involves advising on bridging transactions and related property matters.
