A well-established law firm, with roots dating back to the 1800s, is entering an exciting new chapter of growth and modernisation. With significant investment underway across systems, working practices, and offices, the firm remains firmly committed to its core values—delivering a truly personal and premium service to every client.Working closely with the Head of Department/Partner, and with experienced Private Client/Family paralegals assisting, the department is now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to take ownership of a varied caseload covering:
  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
  • Estate Administration
  • Trusts
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
You will ideally have: 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
