Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with professional standards.

Our client is a market leader within the North West region, as well as having outreach to the UK. Our client offers legal services to a vast variety of clients, as well as having specialist departments that cover most areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and prompt responses
  • Adhere to professional conduct rules and internal policies
  • Oversee financial aspects of client work, including billing and cash recovery
  • Meet financial targets for both personal and team performance
  • Supervise staff and conduct regular file reviews
  • Achieve targets for opening new matters and maintain consistent file management
  • Engage in business development activities to expand the caseload
  • Convert enquiries into new business and support cross-selling of services
  • Effectively use practice and case management systems
  • Ensure data integrity for contacts, clients, and matters
