On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a Public sector organisation based in the North West.

My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and support the day to day running of procurements. You will engage and lead on the end-to-end procurement process, managing frameworks and potentially support in the recruitment process. This role will see you supporting across categories, but with a focus on professional services and place.

Essential Criteria:

  • CIPS, working towards, equivalent or evidence of CPD.
  • Strong public sector regulation knowledge, including the Procurement Act 2023.
  • End-to-end procurement process experience.
  • Experience leading and delivering on multiple tenders in public sector regulations

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience delivering on social value objectives and/or in the place/professional services categories.
