Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Cheshire East in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher, to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Maths specialist to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, within a welcoming school that is committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement. The school is known for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and excellent student behaviour.

About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Plan and assess effectively to ensure all pupils make good progress

  • Contribute to the wider life of the Maths department and school community

  • Maintain high expectations for student achievement and behaviour

  • Support and inspire learners of varying abilities, including GCSE exam preparation

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills

  • Be a reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
