Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our client's Fostering Support and Supervision team in Cheshire East. This role involves working closely with foster carers and prospective foster carers, providing essential support and supervision, as well as conducting thorough assessments and recruitment activities as part of the Fostering Support, Supervision, and Assessment and Recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and supervision to foster carers
  • Conduct assessments and recruitment activities for prospective foster carers
  • Ensure child-centered decision-making processes
  • Manage a diverse and complex caseload effectively
  • Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection
  • Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years post-qualified experience
