Part Qualified Financial Accountant
Norwich / Hybrid post probation
Salary up to £45,000
Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this highly established, international Norwich based company who are looking to appoint a Part Qualified Financial Accountant to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting statutory reporting, audit processes, and compliance returns
- Driving automation and smarter ways of working within the finance function
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver insight and promote best practices
- Providing technical accounting support to the wider business
- Acting as a first point of escalation and advisor for process issues and improvements
What We're Looking For:
- AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA with proven accounting experience
- Strong supervisory or team leadership skills
- Experience working with auditors and delivering against tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
- Confident communicator with the ability to translate finance into actionable insights for non-financial teams
- Highly organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement
