The successful Architectural Technician will play a key role in shaping and delivering diverse projects, spanning residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and heritage developments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to take projects from initial design through to completion.
Preparing detailed drawings, technical information, and presentation materials.
Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors at all stages of the project.
Contributing to the creation of sustainable, forward-thinking design solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (additional software knowledge advantageous).
Strong technical expertise with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communicator with strong collaborative skills.
Proactive, creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
